Inch by Inch

Inch by Inch

A Poem by orikdeservesbetter
"

A small poem about how it feels after a quick overthink

"
Foot pushing against the dirt,
Inch by inch, taking its fall,
A last resort for the falling,
The end of a split rope bridge,
Cut down for whatever it can know,
Blames the hero for its fall,
Ignorant to the weak it's made of,
Its failure for a foundation,
it's true folly.
