Silver

Silver

A Poem by H. Rex
"

Stop projecting onto me.

"
Defiler, so much pity for your soul
Wash the blood from your hands
Projector, forever separated from the whole
See your dreams like falling sands

Shapeshifter, demon, hidden from the plain view
Place me on your cross and nail me down
Destroyer, liar, right on cue
Sitter on the throne of clowns

Iscariot, you carry the weight
Changer, revel in your pit
Playwright, so twisted is your fate
Thirty pieces of silver, your heart isn't worth this s**t

Shadow-man, stalk your lonely stairs
She's a cold heartbeat from you
Fabricator, walk your lonely lair
Nothing you say is true

False witness, see my birth
Virginal wings abreadth my back
Perjurer, chew them off my hearth
I am everything you lack

Wow! The imagery is fantastic! Absolutely brilliant. The word choice is strong.

I am having a bit of trouble processing author's purpose, though that could just be my mind being lazy.

Overall, I love it.
