Love yourself; never give up!!

Love yourself; never give up!!

A Poem by Dr Sharmila Parajuli
"

For all the beautiful girls out there; own it, live it, love it!!

"
Stand up,
Even if it means standing alone in solitary

Walk,
Even if it needs dragging your soul and body

Travel,
Even when you feel lost and lonely and you roam aimlessly

Sing,
Even when you're down and the songs carry an air of melancholy

Dance,
Even if the only music is the rhythm of your own heart and its sensitivity

Write,
Even if you think you are terrible and you know you'll stink miserably

Speak,
Even if your voice shakes in the face of confrontation very badly

laugh,
Even if you're in deep physical or emotional pain and all you need is empathy

Move on,
Even if you are hurt and stuck in a web of disappointment and negativity

Make yourself happy,
Even in despair and things are not going the way you want perfectly and sensibly

Sound advice here. If you can love yourself, it is far easier to appreciate and love others. Your words remind me of putting on a brave face and putting your best foot forward. Thank you for sharing.
