Unforsaken

Unforsaken

A Poem by HorHay3

Under this twilight

the strong and mighty will fight

for freedom against the darkness

I however will die from the oncoming war

Because heaven still seems so far

and I've cried

when people deserve to die

for unselfesh genocide

and I've tried and

now I deserve to die.

The oncoming war seemed to pass

Now only the small seem to last

under this black sunrise

the screams of the dying

while the little ones cry

I will be the one to pay for your wish

I am unforsaken

In my heart unforsaken

and I tried

Now I deserve to die

this is mysterious & deep, an intriguing poem. very thought provoking. "Because heaven still seems so far

and I've cried

when people deserve to die

for unignorant suicide" my favorite lines. darkly beautiful. well done.
