Star light, and moon shine...

Star light is so pretty...

 

Sweet love of mine,

do you see the moon shine?

Do you see the soft light,

in the middle of night?

The moon shine is sweet,

just like you, when we meet,

and it fills me with love,

as if sent from above.

And the star light is nice,

like it's twinkling on ice.

So whenever I'm lonely,

and whenever I'm sad,

I'll just look at the starlight,

and the moon shine,

and you and I,

won't be so far apart.

pretty good rhyme scheme. The end seemed a little choppy to me, but all in all wonderful poem :)
