Why do they hate me?

Why do they hate me?

Awww...poor thing.

Stella sat quietly as  her classmates mingled and laughed, making quite a ruckess. The teacher was still outside in the hallway, talking to another teacher. Stella, as usual, was all alone, with no one to talk to. She had very few friends, and not many of them were in her classes. She hated school. She really did. She was'nt a bad student, but she just was'nt loud enough. She was always quiet. She almost never spoke, and whenever she did, she usually made a fool of herself. and because of that, she hated herself. she hated the way she looked, her personality, everything. She was surprised that she even had friends, even though she only had a few. Everytime she got on the bus, it was agony. Why was it agony, do you ask? Because, she was often tormented by the other kids on the bus. To be blunt, she was teased allot. She had no idea why, though. She never did anything to the kids that teased her. She had never once been mean to any of them. So why did they have to be so cruel to her? Why did they have to be so terrible. Why? "Why do they hate me?", she thought, as the teacher walked into the classroom. "Why?". She was sitting there, thinking about things, when all of a sudden, the teacher called on her. "Stella? Why don't you come up to the board and write down a math problem that relates to the topic I just described?", she said. Stella froze. She was'nt listening, so how was she supposed to come up with something good? She silently got up from her chair, and started inching towards the board. She could feel everyone's eyes on her, as she took the dry erase marker from her teacher. She pulled off the cap, and brought the marker to the board. She froze, and thought for a minute. She decided it would be best to just wing it. So she this on the board:

     10 x 10

The teacher stared at what she had written. "Um, you were'nt listening, were you?", she said. Stella nodded, and sadly trugged back to her seat. She heard some kids laugh when she sat down. The girl next to her whispered, "I knew you were quiet, but I did'nt know you were stupid". She laughed, and whispered to her other friend. Stella just sat there, and felt the tears start to well up in her eyes. "No!"she thought, "Stop crying! You can't let anyone see you cry. If they see you cry, they'll know that your weak!". It took everything she had to hold the tears back. She felt like such an idiot. Such a failure. She hated herself even more because of this. So much, that she felt like she could never face anyone ever again.

That day on the bus, she sat alone at the front, as usual. a spit ball came sailing over to her, and it hit her in the back of the head. Some kids from behind her started laughing, and another one hit her. she ignored them. She was'nt going to let them see that she was annoyed. She knew that if they knew she was annoyed by it, it would only fuel they're desire to do it even more. So she just sat back, and tried to forget it ever happend. "hey Stella", a boy yelled to her, "I heard that you screwed up a really easy math problem in math today. I did'nt know you were stupid. What a loser, right guys?". They all laughed, and high fived eachother. Stella felt the tears start to come, so she willed herself not to. "Come on, guys. Give it a rest. What did she ever do to you?" said a girl sitting two seats behind her. "What has she done to us? She looked at us with her ugly face, thats what she did", said another boy. The bus was almost to her stop. She was so angry, and upset that she could'nt wait to get home. "Leave her alone! She's not even doing anything", said the girl. "Exactly. It's because she does'nt do anything that it's so much fun to tease her. She's so stupid. I bet she does'nt even realize that we're teasing her", said the boy. For Stella, that was the last straw. At that moment, the bus stopped at Stella's stop, and she stood up. Only, she did'nt leave the bus. She turned around, and yelled at the top of her lungs, "Shut up!". Everyone went silent. Even the bus driver was at a loss for words. "Don't you think you've done enough? Seriously, it's getting old. I swear, I hate you all!", she yelled. Then, she turned and ran from the bus. She ran all the way home, crying the entire way. As soon as she got there, she ran down stairs to her room, barried her face in her pillow, and sobbed. she cried, and cried, and cried. She cried until she had no tears left. And she asked herself once more, "Why do they hate me?".

I don't I wasn't and still am not liked in school so I wouldn't call it sad. Mostly because it builds character and makes a person who they are. You shouldn't feel bad for yourself, feel bad for them because they can not see... If I were you I would put this through a simple spell check... I there are probably a lot more than the ones that I could see but any word that you put with 'nt should be n't such as were'nt should be weren't... that was just one of the ones...
