"ALL THE THINGS YOU DIDN'T

"ALL THE THINGS YOU DIDN'T

A Poem by I Am THE LADY POET

"ALL THE THINGS YOU DIDN'T"

Let me talk to you for a minute

See it's been a while now, and I've been talking

to you about the same thing

I have to say it one last time,

But I'll say it in a different way

Baby I don't have to tell you that

things have changed for the worst for us

We've been apart for sometime now

Even though we are living under the same roof

I've told you what I wanted

I've told you what I need

But it seems that you don't care

You refuse to take heed

See your'e not taking care of business

Everything is going wrong on the homefront

You left the door open,

He walked in and GUESS WHAT?

I'm leaving cause he is taking care

Of all the things that you didn't

I don't have to ask him more than once

And when I talk he listens

When I ask him for his lovin

He don't hesitate to give it

He gives me the things I need and want

He does all the things you didn't
