Today

I think this is a bit rubbish, but it’s how I’m feeling at the moment

Today I write a new story,
I throw away, disguard the old,
Open my eyes and realise there’s a death untold.
She doesn’t speak anymore,
Well not like she used to,
I look into her eyes and there’s nothing left to find.
Is it time to walk away?
To make a new start today?
