As I Watched you.....

As I Watched you.....

A Poem by Bidu Ibrahim

As I watch you smile,

I go miles in time

I feel a stir in my loin

As I recall you and I

All alone rolling on the floor:

          Scratching

          Sucking

          Biting

          Pushing

          And pulling,

Locked in a wild wrestling match

Both were willing to lose

And eager to conclude.

As I watch you,

Take note of the gleam in your eyes

I wonder

What could be going on in your mind!

Returning your direct gaze

I feel the start

Of the mad wrestling match

Only this time in our minds!

As I struggle to conclude

With an instruction to the group

On what to do next,

I couldn’t help wondering

Whether I was the only one

Or was just a mere addition to the statistics

Of men who couldn’t resist your moves!

I couldn’t help wondering,

How anyone could sink so low!

I like this poem, telling a story of strong emotion and desire...Our desire are often a trap, from which we have to escape, or let ourselves to sink down in it...
but in both cases choice is ours...
