Silently

Silently

A Poem by Ice

I smoothed my finger over my savior,
I let it wash into my veins with its capabilities
to take it all away.
I slipped it at the location of my sleeve's absence,
and held my breath as tears danced down my cheekbones,
Silently, my insides scream.
Falling into its cleansing toxins,
its poisons spent just seconds as opposed to any other remedy,
and I let out a wistful breath today,
yet silently, my insides scream
for I know what comes next.
A text appears, "Don't, please",
and my fingers calmly press the keys.
"Don't worry, I didn't."

Bea-u-ti-ful. Though in all of my 17 years, I have failed to see why people cut. Though the poem is great. All imagery, I love that. Quite a nice break from blunt poetry.
The end is awesome. It seems to be experience.
