Chapter 1: The meet

When they meet each other for the first time.

Cam’s point of view

*An alarm clock rings 5 times*

“What time is it?” I yawn.

“It’s six am” My older brother, James, says as he stands at my door way with a smile on his face.

“S**t!” I say in a panic and get up.

 “Someone’s going to get in trouble~” he singsongs as he calls out for our mother “Hey mo-!” I stop him before he says another word.

“Shut up!” I say covering his mouth with left over popcorn from our marathon last night. “Please~” I add with my best baby doll eyes. 

“Fine”He says slowly. “Never mind mom!” He says as he walks down the stairs. “Five minutes…”

“ok than-“ I stop for a second then realize that he’s only giving me five minutes to get ready. “That’s too much time! Give me three!” I say as I sped through my room and get changed and get ready in two minutes. “Ready!” I say as I walk down the stairs.

“Ok, mom isn’t actually here sooooo… bye Cam!” He says as he runs out the door, he gets a bit soaked at he enter his brand new Toyota. “See ya sucker!” He shouts as he leaves the driveway.

“F**k you!” I shout back. Now I have to find a way to school… just then in the rain I see a girl running, her hair is soaked and for a second I see her looking at me with her emerald eyes. She stops and for a second it feels like it’s just the two of us. Then a minute later, she has a bit of red on her cheeks and continues running the rain. I wonder who she is.

Lina’s point of view

“Mom!” I scream from outside. “Are you taking me?”

“I’m sorry Lina but I have to much work to do…” She says as she stands at the doorway. 

“You always have to much work…”I mutter under my breath.

“What was that?” She says with a stern look on her face.

“Nothing mom! I’m gonna go.” I say and start walking down the street a few second later it starts to rain. “Great! Just what I needed!” I scream and start running down the street. “My first day at a new school and I’m going to be soaked! Could this day get any worse!?” I scream to myself and then see this car coming out of a driveway of one of the house, I continue running and then see this dark brown haired girl. I stop for a second and we look at each other for a few seconds. She’s beautiful and I’m soaked,I blush a bit and continue running with that girl on my mind the whole way.
