Perfection Is Hard To Find

The taste of your soft lips against mine sends me to another world

Being with you is so much better than reality

My heart instantly melts when our eyes meet

Your warm embrace is what I look forward to everyday

Your laugh - oh my your laugh - is the most amazing sound I’ve ever heard

The way our hands interlock so perfectly makes me know that we were meant to be

I adore how you shower me with compliments

Even though I deny them I still love the fact that you give me them

Go into a dictionary and look up perfection; that’s you

We are two bodies inhabiting one soul

Destined to be together from the start

If only we had known each other before we ever met the destroyers of our hearts

We would have become the best of friends

And then we would have become lovers

We fight like a married couple

We bond like best friends

We protect each other like siblings

We are without a doubt perfect for each other

Perfection is hard to find

That’s why I’m so glad you’re mine
