The Heart of Sorrow

Belongs to a person who wallows.

The pain is too much to swallow.

They need happiness to borrow

To get through another day.

The Heart of Sorrow

Is too much to hold!

I try to be bold,

To try to let go.

There has to be another way.

The Heart of Sorrow

There's many she follows

Right to the bone,

Down to the marrow

For happiness to fade away.

The Heart of Sorrow

Won't let me go!

I was never born

To obtain a heart a heart of gold!

I hope it fades away.
