Misfit Dreams

Misfit Dreams

A Poem by Darkened_drear

You say Im nothing
But I am more than you can ever see
Because your eyes are closed
Only open to your selfish desires
You never love
You cut me down
Say Im a nobody
But when highschools over
You gonna hear my name
See me up in lights
While you become
A hopeless disgrace
The world will erase
Because you wont be perfect forever
When the worlds
Done bursting your bubble
Your gonna remember
How much you hurt me
How insignificant
You thought I was
Now your the one
On the outside
Looking in
As I tear this stage up
All my hopes and dreams
Came true
While yours died
Im standing strong
Your down on your knees
Begging me to forgive you
But you did this to yourself
I was always the misfit
The one people thought
Wouldnt go far
But I proved them all wrong
And shut their mouths
With my success
So whos smirking now
Because it sure aint you

About
I am Becky Cooper and Im not perfect. All my flaws show but they do not define me because I have a strong heart and who I am is what makes me myself. My favorite color is black because it drowns out a.. more..
