Waves of TearsA Poem by InyourshadowJust what it feels like when you leaveThe waves of tears erode my craggy features, their salt leaving my lips thirsty for your kiss. The wind blowing soft in sobs through cobwebs, spun on withered boughs that ache to hold the fruit of our love. The air stale in fuming lungs unable to breath, aching breast rises and falls in rhythmic pain for your touch. The sands of time slip fast through shaking hands, grasping for one more moment to waste with you making love. © 2011 InyourshadowAuthor's Note
