Being Remembered.

Being Remembered.

A Poem by J.Carnevale
"

Calling all writers

"

Paper.

It lays there, motionless,

waiting for inspiration to strike its ink master.

Unsure to what will be created.

A dull silence hangs in the air,

a million thoughts running through the writers mind.

What can the writer create?

What will be inspiring to its readers?

It could take hours.

or possibly years.

Every creator wants to make something amazing,

wants to bring tears into the eyes of its readers.

Every writer wants to be remembered,

wants to leave their mark on the world.

But inspiration can be hard to find for some writers.

Some pace the floors for hours,

just waiting for an idea to come to them.

While others, can just sit and write for hours.

For the creators, writing is in their blood.

Ink runs through their veins, like a sickness,

like an addiction,

like an infactuation.

We are the creators, we are the ink masters,

We are poets, journalists, reporters, and story-tellers.

We are the writers.

Inspiration will come to those who write.

Be patient, you can create something wonderful.

Write what you feel, write what you know.

I am an ink master, and I want to be remembered.

Great poem!!! This is so true. Every writer has their own ideas on what to write & how to write it. Because as you stated in this piece, what will inspire the reader. Great work...
