Fallen

Fallen

A Poem by Jade M.

Fallen from the sky,

A long way to the ground.

Already feeling what makes sense,

Never again to hear the sound.

The sound of a million flutters of feathers on wings,

Heard only by the ears of the Fallen.

Feared by all but loved just the same,

The second chance at life being his calling.

The Angel that carries hopes and dreams,

Feeding the love for light.

Brightening up the darkest sky,

Even when the moon is at its height.

The Fallen shows no fear,

And has the bravery of two hundred men.

Beautiful light floods from the face of the Fallen,

His voice filling the hearts of all again and again.

With looks as dashing as can be,

Even his hair veiling heavenly light.

A hand to hold forever more,

The Fallen Angel of the Night.

Very nice work!
It is different from many poems I've read with the same title !
Well done to bring out the weak and prove his might to the world, you've set a good example here. Keep it up !
