Angry Cry...

Angry Cry...

A Poem by Jamestown
"

Crying out of anger...

"
Angry Cry...

Have you ever become so angry,
that you break down and cry?

Not crying because of sadness,
but because of overwhelming madness,

Someone or something, has got under your skin,
to the point of rage, and the only way to release that
anger and rage, is to cry it out, so the rage doesn't
take on a life of it's own and engage world war 3
against any poor sucker that is in your path,

I believe this steams from several things that add
up and mount, and then the crying is a safe and healthy
way to get those painful frustrations out,

I don't get angry often, but when I do,
I come unglued, and you better hope
my anger isn't aimed at you,

When my anger level reaches a certain point,
it actually scares me, because only I know my
capabilities, and I promise you this,
nobody wants to witness that,
I become somebody I'm not proud of,
a psychopath running around ready to attack,

My vision will tunnel into red and then quickly,
to black, then at a drop of a dime I will snap,
Most of the time, I don't remember what I have done,
but when I come too, I'm always reminded that none of,
it was fun,

I'm known as Mr. Nice guy and I really enjoy being,
spiritual, positive, uplifting and a role model for my peers,
I don't want anybody to ever know, I have another side
so I try extremely hard to keep my anger inside,

I don't ever want to do something, that I would regret or couldn't
take back, that's why I stay close to God to keep me on the
right track,

Today was one of those days, where a angry cry had to come out,
and I'm glad that It did and I thank the good lord everybody lived...

I'm like this almost every time I get angry, too.
This was a wonderfully written piece, giving the reader a glance into your emotions in your little world.
Great Job James!

No joke right! Thanks again and b-blessed!
I love this, not only is this poem relatable, but I can understand it, and it's realistic, but I have to be honest, it was the beginning that made me shiver "Not crying because of sadness, but because of overwhelming madness" I don't know why it gave me that feeling,I think it was because you just jumped right into it without any warning. I also have a weakness for superb word choice, and you sealed the deal.
Fantastic job on this, this is a beautiful piece - Thank you so much.

Fantastic! Thanks for checking it out and b-blessed!
There are times when we need to let that anger out or else the frustration just builds and builds. There are positive ways though - I find peace in running - a nice long run on the beach and all frustration seems to fade.
Your words are honest and insightful.

BRAVO JAMES! This is great, let the anger run from inside of you! Show the world your power! You are a humble man who I do not take to be the mad type, but then again, we all are! Very relatable piece, I remember holding it in, well, I still do. We all do. I love to see it come out in poetry, it is the best! Keep doing you, and do it for God!

Will do! Thanks for checking it out and b-blessed!
Anger can be an exhaust for some scar or trauma.
But when we indulge in the anger, we drain ourselves.
However, anger is also a mental wave..
Left alone, the wave subsides,
With the sunny sky in clear view.
This was a very thoughtful reflection on anger,
thank you for being so candid, Jamestown.

Anger is released to blow the steam in your emotions. It is one of the aspects of every creatures. Infliction of pain is the prime cause. We forgive but not forget to what they have done

Absolutely , I appreciate your review and b-blessed!
I am not a angry
person nor do I have a short fuse
most have tried to angry me it don't work
I just kill them with kindness or I just walk away
as I am way too sensitive to others feelings and emotions
way too overwhelming for me some call it being Empathic
if you understand.

I am very peaceful and laid back I keep to myself
truthfully mostly all the time I don't get that offended with anything
when were offended it is the devil trying to do that or anger us.

When I went through the pain of my dad breaking my heart
at that time I was like 16teen and 18teen and yes I got angry I punched
my pillow I cried and Screamed and yelled outside no one heard me and I wrote
poetry that helped I love very deeply and unconditionally I have always given unconditional
love and I did so much I hurt but now I am a lot stronger but as a Teen I was very calm laid back
peaceful kind and loving nothing ever bothered me to tell you the truth and I am the same now
most handle things differently and heal differently.

But I will have to share some of my poems of
him some time my Dad I have 2 to him on here
but I am fine now as I am a very loving and forgiving soul
but took me years to heal from it and as I grew older I had in time
for gave him most see me as a happy soul so they don't see that
I went through any rough or painful times in my life unless they
see my poems and understand me.

But I hope things are well with you as for me
I've never had to deal with any Jer** nothing towards
you most get a peacefulness from me if I am annoyed
weird huh LOL I can tell someone like it is
without getting angry an it usally doesn't offend them
that's why I have the Hello sunshine picture I have to be
the sunshine at home it is what my grandpa called me when
I was a little girl I still am maybe that's where the peace comes
from other then I know God blesses me with peace.

when our minds are stayed upon Jesus
he keeps us in perfect peace :)

and breathing in and out helps too I just don't
get bothered by what people do
anymore doesn't effect me I been
picked on and pushed down so much I don't let nothing steal my Joy.

Thank you for sharing and thank you for
stopping by my page.

Hope you have a blessed evening. God bless. Benita
