Marilyn Manson

Marilyn Manson

A Poem by Jamie Starlight

With lips the color of blood
With hair dark as the dead of Night

With a mind that shows everything for what it is
yet adds a romantic creepy notion to it all

And With a heart of gold that is cracked in pieces.

He is judged for standing out by most
but with every controversial act he does he inspires the one's
that understand him.

He is Marilyn for Marilyn Monroe
He is Manson for Charles Manson

He shows society for what it is to the bitterest yet loveliest way.

And I was there when John 5 hit him with he guitar on a sort of stage domestics. But that's neither here nor there in respect to the writing. I got cut in two here one the one hand lays your description of how Manson appears to you and then there is that other image which is how Manson seems to appear to rest of us. When I say us I mean death metal music fanatics. You seem to show him as a reflective being , as a product of society and your words come out in such a way I was about to feel sorry except that then something came to hit me. His considerable fortune made at the expense of his parody. His disregard for anything and lastly his desinteres for music as such as his are performances that apperantle go beyond musical concepts. I rather go and see King diamond shouting and hoping he could finally find Melissa.

A nice built image thought not one that I can share but nonetheless

Thankyou
