MY FAVOURITE FILMS

Just an insight to some of my favourite films,

One of the best films ever thanks to Tarantino.

The Scottish highlands right from the start,

As William Wallace was the peoples Braveheart,

Hung, drawn and quartered for all to see him,

They may take our lives, but never our freedom.

Brad Pitt, Morgan Freedom hunting down a killer,

The Seven deadly Sins was sure a winner,

Mortified, devastated, what's in the box?,

At the end of the film his wife's severed head along with her locks.

Say hello to my little friend,

Scarface was a film I never wanted to end,

Al Pacino one of the best actors of all time,

Throughout the whole film he'd be snorting a line.

Remember Red, hope is a good thing,

Andy Dufresne was imprisoned and put on a wing,

The Shawshank Redemption is most certain a must,

Locked up prisoners out of prison they'd bust.

Who is Keyser Soze? The Usual Suspects,

All through the film you would hazard a guess,

The story plot was a hard one to follow by far,

As Kints limp disappeared at the end and got into a car.

A film about Auschwitz one not to be missed,

Liam Neeson played Oskar in Schindlers List,

Based on true events both horrific and grave,

As Oskar made his list of those to save.

Samuel L Jackson in the 51^st State,

Filmed in Liverpool his work is just great,

A master chemist in a new street drug,

Travelled over from America to try his luck.

For as long as I can remember I always wanted to be a gangster, said Henry Hill,

As out onto the street the Mafia would spill,

Blood shed, petty crime and violent murders,

Was the storyline in the film Goodfellas.

I'm gonna make him an offer he can't refuse,

Don Corleone's words that he did use,

The Godfather sequels with family feuds,

Who'd become head of the family and who would lose.

Clarice Starling seeks the advice,

Of a serial killer who is not very nice,

To catch another “Buffalo Bill”,

Who skinned women after his kill.

Reservoir Dogs is near the top,

As the six robbers tried to suss who was a snitch or a cop,

Violent killing a cutting off of an ear,

Did they get to truth?, did it become clear?.

The Northerners and Southerners, and many quarrels,

Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrel’s,

Vintage firearms, high stake poker and a massive loss,

Against Hatchet Harry the local crime boss.

Just a few of my favourites I love to watch,

Trying to unravel the heists and plots,

Action, thriller, Mafia and crime,

Take a look for yourself when you get the time.
