What goes next?

Your sanity? if so

This is very nice,very true,and sad..everyone has gone through this ,i certainly did at times,so I felt those
words so strongly..
When your heart breaks,it remains that it dies,so what next,its your soul
then it will crack..when your soul has given up and disappeared
Remains your sanity..remains that you go insane..
but then you remember that you should not lose a fight so easy
so you will have to stand up and defend what remained left of your life
its not easy to to let all just go,you will have to hold yourself strong
and try to save what could be saved just to keep you going
very nice write ,I felt every word of it,and i really loved it..
