Signs

Signs

A Poem by JasmineNecole
"

This poem is about my ex and I and how we act when we are around each other.

"

The things you say
Seem to come off weird to me
What does it mean
To say how much you care when we barely speak

We once shared hearts
But recently they've seemed to have drift apart
I'm so confused
Don't know what to say when I still love you

I feel as though I can't
Make the connection
I'm reaching out but
Your keeping your distance

When we're in your car
The stares you give make me scared
So I crack a nervous smile

Becuase in my head nothing's clear

We're not together anymore

But yet we kiss as much as we did before

And thats just makes me fall even more

When im really trying hard to close this damn door

I want to run away

Just leave you alone

But how can I leave

When you've captured my soul

I feel foolish

When I say that I love you

And all you say

Is I care for you too

Im wondering

What do you think of me

Do you want my heart

Or in between your sheets

It's time for us to make a decision

No more wondering no more wishing

Tell me what it is and I swer I'll listen

Say whats on your heart and that's what we'll stick with
