Meditation

Listening to the loquacious spirit

that works endlessly to make sense of my world

the tantric nature of silent chanting

which only my heart can hear

 

Darkness looms outside the sanctuary I’ve created

yet my eyes do not tire

yet my mouth does not yawn

yet my mind consolidates all attention to the voice

 

To the voice every second is a critical juncture

which must be utilised with zero hesitation

 

Fear is for the fearful

Fear is for those who see with eyes that are only opened

Fear is for those who are frightful of the unruly

 

The voice has whatever name is assigned

But Grace soothes my mind with effortless ease

fear is such a powerful emotion, but only if we let it dictate our lives. if we make it take a backseat to the will, it can be controlled,even if it is a continual presence........we must make sure it is buckled in for the ride.....
