Is this about people? People entering and leaving our lives? Is it about pain and cruelty? That's what I got out of it. It's well written and flows nicely. I've been a bit jaded as of late. Sorry if my perspective is off. Lovely poem nonetheless. Keep writing. (:

Jasper thanks for the Review! Yes it is about people entering and leaving our lives, but not so much pain and cruelty, perhaps it does hurt when they leave us but more accepting that all of our experiences are temporary. There will never be the same cloud so enjoy it while it lasts. :)

Is nothing in life permanent? I'm looking for that one person who will be there though thick and thin. Better and worst and all that junk. There has to be someone like that out there. It's the fickleness of life that brings me down.

No, nothing physical can be permanent even this planet has its own time. The only thing that remains is the love. That one person you seek has to be found within before it reflect externally. Life is funny like that.

Life isn't cruel, people are. Have you ever stood on a mountain top and became humbled by the beauty of nature? I'm a loner so I like to go out into nature. I learn so much from the environment and how everything exists in a perfect balance. When I think how lucky I am to be a part of it, I become overwhelmed with so much love that I apply it to myself. In all ways I try to take notice of this beautiful world we are given, and don't you let anyone dare try to take it away from you. It's at these moments I realize we weren't created to be fearful,angry and small. We have a light in us.
