It's christmas and i'm feeling the love for my family, what can I say. Also, it's not titled (officially).

The one thing I’ve always yearned for

Is the one thing I’ve always had

I couldn’t have asked for more

Though we’ve had our good and bad

 

You never realise until you’re at a low

Who the people are that care

These are the people who help you grow

These are the people who are always there

 

They’re not perfect beings

They make mistakes too

You may not always see things

Eye to eye, this much is true

 

But they’re there when you’re in need

And they’re there when you’re not

When you’ve done a bad deed

They’re all you’ve really got

 

Don’t forget from where you’ve come

Because when all is said and done

And when you’re feeling numb

They love you, so don’t aim that gun.
