F*****g peoples lives over one person at a time

F*****g peoples lives over one person at a time

A Poem by Jen
"

boy+girl1 - doesnt go over well. boy+girl2 - shortlived. girl1+girl2, girl2 tells boy, hurts feelings. Wishes it didnt. But doesn't regret it.

"

How can one person cause so much pain

And not know where to place the blame

F*****g peoples lives over

One person at a time

She knows she can't change how she feels

But she still finds it hard to deal

With the damage she has caused

She wishes everything would come to a pause.

She doesn't regret her choice

But she wishes it could have been easier to voice

And easier for the one it has affected most

She doesn't regret it, but she will not boast.

There is no more merciless, brutal battlefield in all existence than the battlefield called love. Fighting for the heart and soul is always worse than fighting merely for your life.
