Radiant Colors

In the evening I look at the sky

Radiant colors catch my eye

If ever there was a beauty

So captivating as this

I would be struck speechless

I’d fade into a never ending rest

Splashes of color glide to and fro

It’s like a beautiful picture that God alone

Painted for His children in shades of red

To magnify His love and resemble the blood He shed

And look there at the ocean

Do you see the purity and the light

Rays of light from the sun kiss the ocean goodnight

So next time when life becomes a blur

Look up to the skies, God always has a cure

And promises every battle to fight
