Annoyance

Annoyance

A Poem by J.R. Turner

Annoyance is such a strange emotion

Not quite anger, not quite calm

However I find myself visualizing

Her beating heart placed in my palm

I honestly cannot help it

And maybe it's just me

But we are stuck in this room here

A place I cannot flea

She talks almost constantly

Of nothing it seems at all

Blaming a disorder

Ugh, I need some alcohol

She thinks she knows best see

It is her way or none

If only she only simply knew

Her fate once I am done

I long just to be freed from

This torture I often face

I guess my rant is over

I now rest my case.
