I Found Jesus

I, as in my simple self

Found where I belong
On the path to eternal life
Under the protection of my father
No longer alone on my journey
Determined not to stray again

Jesus and God know I may fail
Each also knowing I will return
Salvation is their promise to me
Ultimately saving me from my sins
So I may someday join them in heaven
