Paradoxes

Why is it that we cry?
Is it fear, anger or sadness perhaps?
Aren't we entitled to happiness?
But we also cry out of joy
and some people for no reason at all.

The only certainty is that is happens
in the most meaningful times of our lives,
good and bad.
Our eternal companion though
sunny valleys and gloomy passes.
