Loss of a Loved One

Loss of a Loved One

A Poem by Joseph
"

In the moment this man is about to die he thinks of his recently deceased wife. In that moment he feels close to her knowing he's going to see her again.

"
Gazing in the sockets of tar
I see the void.
Consumed by thoughts
Of everlasting solitariness

A thought of resplendent beauty
Sent a clattering influx
Of grief scattering
Through my mind.

The perception of
Conclusion, yet lies
Beyond the boundaries.
An amplitude of obscurity.
