Hour Glass

Hour Glass

A Poem by Jay

I can only imagine the hour glass winding,

Down through the glass orb finding,

The other side to be identical,

To the one simply lateral,

To the position where,

It currently presides,

Again and again,

And again,

Again and again,

To be flipped up again,

Seeing that ether way the orb,

Faces the perspective is not yet,

Changed as the sand wishes it to be,

Yet what can the sand do for they are there,

Forever no matter what they can possibly say.

Nice Jay, I see I inspired you to create this concrete poem similar to the one I wrote. It makes me feel better knowing that actually, because my poems get a minimal amount of views and one of my objectives is to inspire. Also, I'll note that you can play with the spaces between words to help shape what you want the poem to look like.

Did I ever forget to mention how much I love you and your writing?

Great write and I love how it's in an hourglass shape. :)
