My Lazy Cur Could Not Forbear

My Lazy Cur Could Not Forbear

A Poem by John
"

A

"
My lazy cur could not forbear
Despite the recent treat,
Refused the tug and squatted down
And spread its canine feet,
And then looked up with guilty eyes
For crapping in the street!

I too implored forgiveness of
This calculating cur,
Let loose the lead and loose my bowels,
Creating quite a stir,
But matched its sickly stool with
A great big whopping tur'!
