RiseA Poem by JohnmuldoonEmotion, love, hope, fear
It is only in the quest of a quiet moment that my grief surfaces to murmur
The tether feels looser now still and the gravity of the jump springs to mind. Yet in these brighter times I'll feel a wrong a misplaced pillow or an ill timed song There is only room for one on the journey doomed for failure. I steady my quiver and I prepare to jump © 2019 JohnmuldoonAuthor's Note
