Wanderer

Wanderer

A Poem by Josh Anderson

Heaven help me
It's not my fault you see
I cannot control this anger
I feel like a stranger
In my own skin

God have mercy
For my private tragedy
Alone I wander
And gaze in wonder
At what might have been

Stars please guide me
Light my path to eternity
Show me ethereal plains in the sky
Teach me not to be afraid to die
So I can move on
