Surrender To Existence

Surrender To Existence

A Poem by Justwannasay0486

What is existence for me?

I ask myself, when in the mirror I see.

Broken relationships with a hopeful heart.

So many times, I've been torn apart.

Peace of mind, is what you beleive.

How can you?, when even Osho could not achieve.

My intentions were pure, and my heart was staunch.

But the moral assault did the launch.

I now pronounce, the tampering of my innocence.

And, I live a life with no balance.

I do things that my conscious does not allow.

And, I live my life without a vow.

Yet, I have a loving family.

Few good friends, over the weekend I see.

Work and career is what I focus on.

Oh Lord! Don't give me this life, incase I'm re-born.

Someday I will have a home far away from the city.

I won't be sarcastic, and I will have nothing to pity.

In your arms, away from allure.

I know, I will be so pure.

But for now, What is existence for me?

I ask myself, when in the mirror I see.

For the world, I am a strong contender.

But they do not know, to existence I surrender.
