“I want to say I am bigger than this but I’m not,
feeling so small.” " How I feel today 6/13/13 K.S.

There is so much raw emotion and honesty in these two lines. I can feel your pain, and applaud you for connecting with your true feelings and expressing them throughout this poem. The feeling of being "so small" is one many of us can relate to. Myself included. Love and relationships cannot be the pillar on which life is built. First and foremost, we must believe in and live for ourselves. Oftentimes this is much easier said than done when we lose ourselves in another. But that is where your strength comes in, each day is work in progress and another lesson learned. Hang in there KS, and keep writing, keep expressing.

"Then let me trace those feelings of what I have for you. Let me grab that tiny finger you have. For what I will tell you now, is why you are the one." ~ The Artist

"So here, resuscitation, respiration and restoration...hold on! I just need that pulse again! Beat for me once more! Come on!" ~ The Trauma

"For what zero gravity is there to keep you falling any further. As the space between us keep on closing in all I could do is hold onto you." - The Physicist

"Then let me build you up. We don't need to go big, because between the small and the big lies the middle ground. On which we know best to be our footing. We are flawed, belittled but I don't care all that when you keep me up where you want me to be. I am small but you raise me up...so buttercup, if you would be so kind, let's just stay where we need to be." - The Romantic

Final thought:
Very deep and simple :)
