People = s**t.

In this modern day and age, people will bombard you, harass you, and judge you, for any imperfections you have, either your hair, your attractiveness, your odour. They will hack, saw, scratch at your confidence and self worth, and every little word they say, digs a little deeper inside, hurting more and more every time they repeat it. It makes you feel like you are worth nothing, like a mound of dirt. Walked all over upon, and kicked by silly children as if it were a game. They tear down your trust, make it hard for other people to build it up again, leaving you isolate, alone, desolate.
