Worth

A Poem by Different Wings

Said the child to his elder, "Yours is the life most worth living.  You have freedoms and rights.  You can make decisions and decide your actions.  You have power and control. You are wise and experienced.  Your fate is in your hands."
"With respect," replied the elder, "it is yours that is worth the while, for you have none of these and more."
