Sleepover

Sleepover

A Poem by Micah
"

A poem inspired by a sleepover i had at a friends house. It's about not letting anyone in.

"

You Ignored me,

and you bored me,

but I didn't want to core me.

You were jealous,

so was I,

but neither you nor I will core me.

I am callous.

I am hidden.

We were both a little smitten,

but you still don't seem to know me.

You can't core me.

You can't see me.

I am hidden.

So are you.
