A Poem by Sea Light

He has fallen, slain down slowly Once a bronze solider, once
Now a heap of a moment that was great
A Stolen victory, taken by the relentless enemy Now dying like the eve of last year’s first light
Vapors of his last breaths dissipates into the dark Stars gleam, the eyes of the angels, they watch
The celestials call above from the sky Calling him home to a heaven The song is sung, the battles’ won
Made just for the fallen warrior
