Infinity

Have you ever thought about infinity 

Is it just 8 flipped horizontally 

Or maybe it's just grief of ending 

Seeking refuge in a word 

To soothe the mournful thoughts

And provide its sympathies 

Or maybe it's just endless bound of time

The sinuous curve going on and on 

This word , failed to be explained 

For its meaning is tough to be comprehended 

In just a word or a sentence or a phrase

If you break the words up in infinity 

You’ll be surprised to know it resides in finity 

Such contrasting terms yet not so distant from each other

Have I made just enough confusing by saying 

That ,endless is in the house of the end 

For now , my thoughts I will lend 

For you to seek my answers for me 

Isn’t that  bit selfish even for me

I see infinity as the stars they are so far away yet so close and personal
I see infinity as after this life hopefully to be with my God
I see infinity as never ending suffering of people in this world waiting for rescue by who ?their Gods sitting in his infinity

Infinity = 88888888 X 88888888 ...
...which is exactly the time that transpired when you were little,
and it was December 24th and you were waiting for Christmas morning :)
