Earth's Poem

A Poem by Katseye

Earth's Poem

The poetry of Earth never dies.
It sometimes rest,
Like the birds of the skies-
Resting in the trees.
Hiding from the hat sun,
As the grasshopper,
Among the meadow's flowers.
But never ceasing,
As in winter;
When the cricket's song grows-
In the silence of the night.
