When love hurts.

Once when I used to see you, I used to smile

Your presence made my days, and I forget my problems for a while.

That was the time when I was the happiest person,

That time passed, and now I recall those moments, and can only sigh.

I shared your sorrows , your wishes were also mine.

You were my heart’s pride, and I was ready to leave the world behind.

One day you quietly walked away, far away from me,

Annoyed and said that I don’t care for you, I said ‘I do’, but you haven’t agreed.

You shouted, you screamed, and you cried a lot.

Without knowing that my heart was weeping too, by yours such thought.

I waited for you, waiting till now.

I am waiting for the god, to help me somehow.

One day you came back, but with a huge change.

You hurt me, and asked me to come back, that was so strange.

Hard enough for me to do that, but I did it for your relief.

You thought that I forgave you. I did that too to keep your belief.

But one thing my dear, I never told you,

That my heart was a baby, which used to faithfully hold you.

You have hurt this baby and it can do nothing but cry,

To express what it feels, and questions to itself ‘why?’

 

Now my heart doesn't recognize you, you are someone else.

I miss that person badly in whom heart my love dwelt.
