A Poem by Kayli
"

Written out of pure impulse, stress, and insomnia. Note for reviewers at the bottom.

"
To right the wrong,
to wrong the right-
How could a world be so full of spite?
This life
It is balanced
Even in this ever impenetrable strife
The evil- It's only natural
The inevitable trait of human kind
The evil- that in which leaves this special
few baffled.
It is so great, so pleasureable
But the good- the right
so small- so measureable
This moral righteousness
It is indeed
in our hearts...
But for most
it seems to have fallen apart.
It's always there,
incessantly clinging
watching
-altruistically-
what this evil has been bringing.
It cannot be stopped,
nor quelled,
Only matched with love
that is so often misspelled.
This balance exists.
One side,
invisible or not.
Love lies in all hearts
just waiting to be brought
to the surface- to join hands
and match the evil that is
never drought

Author's Note

Kayli
I hide special meanings in all of my poems, usually by using grammar how I feel like. This is the usual little set of MY patterns that I almost always tend to follow

Artistic grammar notes - No period after a sentence usually means an open thought (up for debate), while a period will mean a sure opinion. A dash is for a pause or an after-thought. If the first word of the sentence or line is capitalized, it is usually a new idea or thought being introduced. If the first word of a line is NOT capitalized, it's usually a continuation of something previously written.
