Shining star

Written for my grandmother at her funeral

Like a
star
in the
sky;
She shined
So brightly;
Mysterious
Thus far.

Beauty
Concealed;
A minute
Here
A minute
There;
A rare
Hidden gem.

A mystery;
Complex
And
Intricately
Woven.

She
Lay like
The sun;
We lay
In orbit.

Darkness
Be banished;
She was
Is our
Shining
Star.
