A poem I wrote about distance long ago and its all to realistic effect on love and life.

Lifestream

You're a million miles away,

If you didn't have school, i'd ask you to stay;

its 2 pm here, i'm still awake,

all I do is think about you,

till my sleepless eyes are all dark and blue;

You're oceans away in a place called America.

I'm mountains away, just a normal boy from India.

But this feeling in my heart, its got me elevated

This strange feeling, I feel our hearts connected.

I look outside my window and see the sun shine bright

All I can think about is how you're sleeping tonight.

The world doesn't stop around me, everything's buzzing

But my minds frozen in time, because of your loving.

I'm just stuck here thinking of my babygirl;

for when she wakes up, shes my queen, shes my world.

Is what i'm going through some sort of a dream?

Or am I drinking this love out of our lifestream.

You're going to be a doctor some day, that's for sure;

Helping people, saving lives, only makes me love you more.

You always love me unconditionally,

Making me feel like a beautiful tree;

that gives shelter and shade and nurtures life;

I'll be your hubby, you'll be my wife.

Its 2:30 now, i'm dozing to sleep

I'm sunk in this lifestream, our lifestream

In my dreams we're sound asleep.

Sounds like someone's over the moon. Reminds me how far apart one can be but emotions and time transcends all that space. Nice easy read. "I'll be your hubby, you'll be my wife", you're way too young for that...you need to live first, before you can truly love. Just some friendly motherly advice, if you know what I mean! hahaha ;-)

Lol its where dreams go to die :P, "sad panda" haha, and yeah I was over the moon, key word being "was" she broke my heart, so I had to let her go. Hope shes happy, because i'm almost getting to a safe place now. Thank you for cheering me up all through tonight :)

I know how it feels to fall in love with someone who's far away. It's tough, yet so easy over the internet. It's crazy how fast you begin to fall for someone and develop different feelings all at once. You want them there all the time, wish to talk to them all times of the day and night. I know how it is...It's truly wonderful...just make the best of it and don't worry about the distance. Everything will go fine without a problem.
