I’ve been to Never Never Land

I’ve touched the sands
Of time

I’ve quoted many a nursery
Rhyme

I’d give my last dime
If you would be mine-

I’ve heard the wind
Chime your name

I’ve touched and held
Your heart
I’ve felt you oh so deep
Inside

Touching my deepest part

I’ve kissed your lips
And held you tight
I’ve fought the tears
Back too
I’d give my last air
I breathe
Just to be loved
By you-

I’ve felt your lips
Cover every desired
Part of mine
I’ve felt your body
Close
Reminding me of
Long
Searched love

And I being
The one
You chose-

I’ve felt the lust
And every thrust
Of two being
Joined as one-

In heavenly places
And untrod ground
That’s where
Your heart

My heart
Found-

I’ve longed and lavished
My own soul
Ravished
Lying awake at night-
Pleading with my own hearts plight-

Each ache and thought
That if only
If only
You might-

I’ve prayed and begged
My emotions fled
To places where your hearts
Mine-
Where two hearts
Enter-twine
And lovers letters
They did dine

Where you were
Only mine-

Oh how I cope
It is no joke
For our love
Does exist-

I humbly
Walk each day
In faith
As I your heart
Await-

I’ll keep me true
Because of you-
I’ll love you till
I can nomore

I’ll wait for you
Upon
Far distance
Shores-

Until love
Can wait
