Undercover Lover

Undercover Lover

A Story by Kemenza Harris
"

A poem for the many secret lovers out there. the night belongs to you....

"
The sun goes down like a baby to rest

I lay my head on your untrimmed chest.

Feeling your pulse beneath my breast

The candlelight as warm as your caress

in this stolen moment what happens next?

Passion as strong as a rose's red

Your soothing voice inside my head

Our lust satisfied, our craves fed

No need for covers, no need for bed

Our bodies speak of words unsaid.

In our little heaven we need no morn

Our bodies still entwined at the break of dawn

Lying close to you so safe, so warm,

I almost forgot that you belong in another's arm

Oh wait its morning....I had better be gone.
