A Special Kind of Love

A Special Kind of Love

A Poem by Kiba Shadowpaw

She says she's sleepy,
He knows she is.
She lays in bed wide awake,
Til he pulls her close.

In his arms she lays,
Peaceful and calm.
Soon she drifts off to sleep,
He lays there awake.

Watching over her as she sleeps,
He feels her pulling him in.
They explore her dreams all night,
Sharing what they cant have.

She awakens in his arms,
Feeling happy and rested.
He smiles down at her,
Whispering good morning.
